At SEASON34, we stand behind the quality and science of our products. We want you to feel confident starting your wellness journey with us. That’s why we offer a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you don’t feel the difference within 90 days, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
1. How It Works
- You have up to 90 days from your purchase date to request a refund.
- Refunds apply to first-time purchases only.
- Refunds are limited to a maximum of three (3) bottles/units per product.
- To request a refund, email us at support@season34.com or call 1-954-678-1700 with your order number.
Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
2. Eligibility
Our guarantee is designed to give you the opportunity to try SEASON34 products risk-free. To qualify:
- Refund requests must be made within 90 days of purchase.
- Applies to SEASON34 supplements and wellness products purchased directly through season34.com.
- Limit: one refund per household for each product.
- Does not apply to repeat orders, subscription refills, or wholesale purchases.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@season34.com. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Promotional or sample items
- Sale/discounted items (outside of the 90-Day Guarantee)
5. European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
