Irene is an experienced entrepreneur with a passion for health, nature, and purposeful innovation. After spending nearly two decades building consumer brands and launching her own wellness company, she turned her focus to a space that’s too often overlooked: menopause.

Drawing on both her professional background and personal roots—growing up with two physician parents and a deep respect for science—Irene co-founded SEASON34 to bring clarity, dignity, and high standards to women’s health. She believes menopause should be treated not as a decline, but as a powerful transition.

Dr. Stanbury is a gynecologist with over 40 years of clinical experience, including decades dedicated to menopause, osteoporosis, diabetes, and women’s long-term health. Trained in both Venezuela and the United States, she’s contributed to academic research, mentored young physicians, and cared for thousands of women across every stage of life.
